How quickly will my order be delivered?
We normally deliver orders within 2 working days, so if you place
an order on Wednesday it should be delivered on Friday. Deliveries
to Northern Ireland, the Highlands and Islands of Scotland and
the Isle of Wight may take longer.
If we have not attempted to deliver your wine within seven days
of you placing an order, then we will refund the delivery charge.
What time will my order arrive?
We normally deliver between 9.00am and 5.00pm weekdays, and between
8.00am and 12 noon for Saturday deliveries. If you do not expect
to be at home when your order is delivered you can give us instructions
to leave the Goods in a safe place.
If you prefer to have the wine delivered to you in person, we
will of course do so. If you are not there the driver will leave
a card for you to arrange a more convenient delivery time.
My order has not arrived within seven days.
If your order has not arrived within seven days, please contact
our Customer Service team.
Can I amend my order?
Yes, providing you do ask to do so before it has been packed for
despatch. Please try to supply your order number or postcode when
you contact our Customer Service team.
Can my wines be delivered to another address?
Yes, give this as the delivery address when ordering.
What will happen to my delivery if I am not in to receive
it?
If you are not in when we attempt delivery and have not left instructions
for where you would like us to leave the wine, our courier will
leave a card asking you to call them to arrange an alternative
time.
Can I deliver wines to more than one address?
At present, any orders placed on our website must be delivered
to just one address. If you would like to send gifts to more than
one address, we would recommend that you either place separate
orders for each address or call our Customer Service team on 0845
351 0600 who will be pleased to make the necessary arrangements.
