We are passionate as a team about finding food
and wine, made by individual craftsmen, which is full of character
and which provides something more in terms of flavour than the
industrially-produced, standardised fair that unfortunately seems
to dominate our dinner tables.
None the less, if you buy any product from us
that you are not entirely satisfied with or indeed if you hare
not happy with the service which we provide, we will refund the
cost of that particular item in full and with no questions asked.
If you have bought a whole case of one particular wine, we will
refund the price for the whole case, including delivery, as soon
as we have collected the rest of the wine from you, provided of
course that you have only opened one bottle from the case!
