	Albariño, Pazo Senorans 2003 So good is this wine that many local producers have tried to copy the name’ Pazo de’ such and such – perhaps they would be better served by emulating the wine instead! Only top quality Albariño grapes are used in the production of this wine, hand-picked and closely monitored by both the owner and wine maker. Dry and alluring, delicately perfumed but rich and structured, and with great definition.

Pazo Senorans recently felt the need to remove the 'de' from their name as so many wineries in the area had labelled their wines as Pazo de something in a bid to ride on the back of this bodega's reputation! Only established in 1989 by the current owner, Marisol Bueno, a new winery, winemaker and careful viticultural and vinfication practices have made this wine in the very top sector of the wines of the area.
